MEC Round 2 – 6 Hours of Sebring

Round 2 of the MEC Endurance League brought the field to the demanding Sebring International Raceway for a six-hour endurance challenge.

Following Pre-Qualifying, both the DDK Mustang GT3 and DDK Porsche GTP were placed in Split 2. On race day, Elliot qualified the GTP in P12, while Ruben secured P9 on the grid for the GT3 entry.

After a frustrating result in the opening round at Daytona, the GT3 lineup came into Sebring determined to bounce back. Ruben and Kris delivered a flawless performance, maintaining strong pace and avoiding mistakes throughout the race to secure an impressive P3 podium finish.

The GTP crew faced a more challenging start to the race with a few early setbacks. However, the team showed resilience and strong race management, mounting a solid comeback drive to finish P6 after six demanding hours of racing.

Both teams demonstrated determination, pace and teamwork across the event.

Once again, DDK proved it has the pace to fight at the front. 💪
